When I booked through New York Habitat last fall for a vacation rental in New York, their agent was extremely helpful and patient, the booking process was easy and more importantly, the apartment was exactly as described on their website. The location couldn't have been better, near subway and Times Square, the apartment was neat and clean, the bed was comfortable and I had plenty of storage space.
