DO NOT USE - BEWARE!!!First of all note the many 5 star ratings. None of them include origin and destination and they are all fake!I had the move me last year from Sparks, NV to Lakewood CO and it was a nightmare!!First of all they almost doubled the cost after the truck was loaded so I really had no choice but to pay. Especially when they told me that they would change me to unload if I didn't pay.Next they moved my household goods to a warehouse in Sacramento, CA (I know - the wrong way!) without letting me know that their plan was to unload and reload my belonging onto another truck that was headed East. This resulted in double the handling and double the risk without making me aware of this at all.Weeks later when the truck arrived I found significant damage to all my furniture and motorcycle. I filed a claim through their "3rd party claims company" called CSI. After going through 2 "settlement offers" I finally agreed to take a loss and move on with the 3rd offer and was advised the Moving Pros would send me a check within 45 days.Check never came and company refuses to answer my calls.Also when the delivery truck arrived the driver advised that he doesn't reassemble which is specifically listed as covered in Moving Pros quote.Over ten months after the move and I am completely screwed.This is NOT a reputable company. Just look for their F- rating with the Better Business Bureau!!!

Even 1 star is not justified!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Moving Prosinc estimated my House Hold Goods 'Move' for $2,800 from Dallas to Connecticut but when the truck got home to pick 'Move' my stuff, he estimated double the amount with no change in the list of items estimated.Ultimately, they refused to transport my goods and I had to rent U-Haul along with their helpers to get my movement done.I paid $742 as a booking amount to Prosinc on 29th Sept. Called them up, sent repeated mails but till date 23rd Jan 2018, they have neither responded to my calls or mails nor have refunded my booking amount.TERRIBLE!!! BE CAREFULL!!!Order ID: #7923604

Agree with the previous review - All good review have to be fake!!! They don't own their own trucks and are a sham. I might consider myself fortunate that they only stole 2 of my boxes and more stuff wasn't missing. I considered switching right before our move, but unfortunately decided against it. I wish i had. They are unresponsive and couldn't care less about their customers or making things right. Avoid at all costs.

can confirm the stress of this company is outrageous they are fraud. Believe all the bad reviews and know the good ones are fake. NO WAY THEY IGNORE PEOPLE this way with out a care or a call and have so many good reviews. THEY DESTROYED all of Effies stuff and she provided proof and they did nothing to help. STAY AWAY MY STRESS LEVELS ARE AT A MAX I feel even worse for her....Eftihia Rivas See her review

This company really does take your money damage your stuff and than disappears. My Aunt and uncle just just relocated to Florida. When I showed up the day after they dropped off my aunts stuff I could not believe my eyes. When she was crying to me on the phone and when My mother was telling me how bad the stuff was I did not think it was that bad. When I showed up I could not believe my eyes. Everything was damaged looked as tho her stuff was thrown on and off the truck. I tired to calm her down and tell her that this is a huge company THAT I helped her research and they would take care of her.... 4 Months later and THEY HAVE NOT DONE A THING do not even return her calls. Today she calls me crying that they sent her a shut up letter and offered $273 for 10,000 in damages WTH what is that. I really believed they would see all the pictures she provided and at least refund her what she paid to them. She lost so much more than that. MY MOTHER AND I had to put our money together to get her a mattress she has a bad back and was sleeping on hard floors.. We had to lend her money for the lost items and buy for her to buy her new appliances to get buy.. Everything is broke her tv has a ugly bang spot it is all a mess.. I dont ever post reviews I just do my research on companies and I cant believe this company has done this.. My aunt is having such bad anxiety and my Mom as well from dealing with this all. Stay away save your stress.... DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THESE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKE I EVEN BELIEVED THE HYPE OF THESE REVIEWS. My family will be sharing their experience so we can warn everyone that is believing these good reviews. WE WERE THERE WE SEEN IT SHE SENT THEM PICTURES AND THEY DISAPPEARED.

If I could put less than a one star review I would. Do not use this company at all.. They are frauds and they treat your stuff like garbage and then do not even respond to you. My wife placed a complaint on July 10th still no resolution no one will even call her back. We even went to bbb and they keep saying they will call her and they do not they dont care how bad drivers treat your items and will do nothing about it in the end. we placed a claim through the company they use that does not even have a phone number and today they had the nerve to send us a shut up letter for $273 when we have losses and damages totaling to over 10k. After our first complaint for the obvious damages and lost we could not even get them on the line to go over the stuff that was in boxes and damaged when we took them out my $3000 tv has a huge brown mark and they can not care to help.. EVERY ITEM ON THE truck was damaged, mattress dirty and destroyed lost items not one thing made it to us okay. This company is all about taking your money and when it gets to you damaged they will be no where to be found. This matter is by far not over we have placed agency complaint with the attorney general and I am going to be using my FREE JOB provided attorneys to take them to court. NOW instead of asking for a refund of what we paid we will be going for full cost of all we lost..

If I could give them less than one star I would. We were moving out of state with the military and contacted Moving Pros. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and we itemized everything in my 600sq ft apartment. They quoted us nearly $3,000. We felt like this was a steep price but figured it was due to being in NYC. The movers showed up 3 hours late in a Budget rental truck. They said they thought it would take 3 hours to pack up our apartment. We planned on starting our drive to our new place that same day so that would work out fine. The "lead" guy was incredibly rude and barely spoke English. After 3 hours at our apartment barely anything had been packed. At this point, just after 5pm on a Friday, the "lead" comes back to us and tells us that the price had changed and would cost us $6,000 to move our 600 sq ft apartment and they needed 75% of that paid immediately. We told them we could not do that and asked why the price increase...to which the "lead" replied that we had too much furniture. I told him I'd itemized everything twice with customer service and was given the price of just under $3,000. I called customer service and was able to get in touch with he agent I'd previously spoken with and told him what was going on. He advised that I tell the "lead" to load everything on the truck and he told me that customer service and I would resolve this later. I hung up and told the "lead" that my contact in customer service said to go ahead and pack everything up. The "lead" responded "who is that?". I told him it was my contact from customer service...to which he replied "He's not here. He's not in the boss. I'm the boss." I kept trying to call customer service back to see if they would convince him to load everything on the truck...no answer...they were closed. He refused to put anything further on the truck. We begged that he add the boxes of our clothes a single dresser and our mattress. He agreed if we paid $4,800. We were quoted just under $3,000 and had to pay $4,800 and had to leave 90% of our furniture behind as well as kitchen goods, some clothes... It was absolutely heartbreaking. Because so much was left behind and because they took 8 hours instead of 3 we had to stay in NYC that night. They left just before 10:30pm. We slept on our floor surrounded by all the furniture we'd have to leave behind. It was devastating. We had no spare money to pay anyone else to move our furniture and we had to leave the city to get to our destination. Finally on Monday I called customer service to tell them what happened and they gave us a credit of $500. $500 towards the remainder of what we had to pay. We had to leave our couch, bed frame, a dresser, a buffet.... thousands of dollars of furniture AND were charged $2,000 more than we were quoted and they offered us $500. When our things arrived the boxes were damaged- torn, smashed... We could not have had a worse moving experience. I strongly urge you to avoid this company like the plague - they were dishonest with us and took advantage of us. Summary: We had a 600 sq ft apartment and were quoted just under $2,800 and it would take 3 hours to pack the apartment.The reality was that they charged us $4,800 to move clothes and kitchen goods. 90% of furniture was left behind even though we had to pay extra and the boxes arrived damaged.

What a disaster!!!!!! I have never been more disappointed in a company in my life. I used this company to move me to Florida. When I purchased my space I upped it to make sure that when they got here I wasn't part of the horror stories where they say you need more space and now since it's last minute you have no choice but to pay the additional amount. I paid the money and waited for my furniture. Two weeks later my furniture shows up I am missing boxes and have damage on almost every single item that was shipped. Not to mention while bringing my bed down the stairs from the pick up location they ripped the packaging off of my bed by accident. I was told once they got it on the truck they would repackage it. No when my bed got here they threw it on my dirty driveway. From the move my bed was completely filthy and I would never sleep on it. Everyone of my items is damaged. Maybe I wouldn't be mad if it was not brand-new. Not to mention the guy in my house told me just get the basic insurance we are carriers we protect and take care of your belongings. Now I will get $.60 a pound for all of my belongings by weight. Do not I repeat do not use this company. I can see if one of my items were damaged accidents happen. But everything but one item was damaged on its way to me. It was a disaster my stuff looks like it was in a car accident. All my boxes were broken. Everything is filthy and that is the stuff that gets here. ALSO if anybody is missing what looks like expensive artwork they offered it to me and asked me if it was mine. I am honest and said no but I'm sure many people would have taken it. Not to mention while placing the claim. They make it so hard that you want to give up. Everything is through a computer website and there are no people to speak to. The website keeps deleting all of your items that are damaged or lost so you can spend three hours placing a claim. This pick up was on JUNE 24th Today is August 23rd and still no talks of resolutions they say we must wait for the claim that can take up to 120 days but yet still not a call from anyone and I was promised managers would call me back and work on it. NOTHING till date to let me know how this will be fixed. I will keep you all posted how this works out and you can expect to see reviews on every platform I can possibly think of. I work in retention management so I can I sure you it will be on every platform. I know every website there is to report this nonsense. These reviews here must be fake because the person who brought my stuff looked at me like this was all normal. THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BEING AS THO ALL I GOT BACK WAS DAMAGED ITEMS AND I AM MISSING EXPENSIVE BELONGINGS. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY NOW TO REPLACE EVERYTHING.

I had a very mixed experience with Moving Pros, which still is not complete since they lost(or stole) 2 of my boxes. I have filed a claim to try and get them back, but ridiculously, it takes 180 days for them to figure out what happened to my boxes. The guys that actually moved us were great, they showed up on time and worked extremely hard and fast. Unfortunately, aside from the actually movers I can't say our experience was great . Once I signed the contract, the guy I had dealt with(Larry), kind of disappeared and was not responsive at all, and at the end just flat out ignored my texts and emails. I felt that once he had the sale, he was done with me for the most part. And in addition to losing(or stealing) my 2 boxes, I also had an issue with the delivery date. I had paid extra to have our stuff delivered on a certain date, but when they finished packing me up, they informed me that that it would be an extra day - so they did not deliver on their contract. They did rebate me the extra money that I had paid, but having the exact delivery date was more important to us, so this was a big inconvenience. Our move ended up being a lot bigger, and took a lot longer than we had estimated, so I would recommend having someone come in and look at your move before agreeing to a quote. And make sure you open all the cabinets and closets and show them everything you may have hidden away to get an accurate assessment. I had debating switching moving companies about a week before our move due to Larry's apparent lack of interest in me after out contact was signed. I wish I had switched. If my lost (or stolen) boxes re-appear, I may bump them up to 2 stars. I cannot recommend them to you though. I would go with someone else if given a choice. And my wife and I were discussing this again the other night as I started posting my review and she said a lot of our furniture has new dings, scratches and marks on them that we can only contribute to the move.

The worst. Theives and cheats!!!!! Rifled through boxes and stole items. Lost items. Showed up hours late at both pick up and delivery! Used shuttle where none needed! Won't communicate after they get funding. Awful experience!!!!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If the idea of being charged to have people STEAL YOUR THINGS to include TAX RECORDS and FAMILY HEIRLOOMS - have BOXES DISAPPEAR WITHOUT A TRACE, recieve boxes that AREN'T YOURS, and have THINGS GONE THROUGH WHILE TRANSPORTED is quality customer service, then they are the company for you. Otherwise RUN AWAY. I had all of this happen to me within the last 3 weeks - at a cost to me of nearly $4,0000. No explanation and no care by this company. I believe this company has committed FRAUD and IDENTITY THEFT on me. BEWARE - because you could be next. And what isn't gone is BROKEN. I VERY STRONGLY SUGGEST you think twice about this company and either just move yourself or hire REAL professionals. Not THEIVES and people who view your things as JUNK. The movers were great guys. Marvin was very friendly. Carl the supervisor in the office told me he was going to send his best crew. I'm not sure if he did or did not but the crew he sent was great. they got everything triple wrapped. i asked them to go extra heavy on one of my antique pieces and they didn't question it. i felt i was truly getting a service and these guys didnt stop until the job was done. i can also appreciate that they didn't nickel and dime me. usually with extra packaging material there's charges. Marvin must have said don't worry about it at least 10 times. i hate being nickel and dime'd, i guess who doesn't. these guys were great.

The movers who just delivered did an excellent job. after they got done we were catching up fro a little bit and they asked us how they liked doing business with their company. we thought everything went as promised. rather than accepting a tip from us the gentleman asked that we go on and write a positive review. these guys must pay their employees well lol. we are more than happy to let yall know these guys/girls make up a great company. they made the process so easy for us. we practically didn't do anything at all but point and nod our heads. cant argue with that right?

i moved from a third floor walk up in Brooklyn to a high rise condo on Fort Lauderdale beach. both logistical nightmares. i couldn't physically move a NY of our furniture down three flights of stairs in Brooklyn so doing this myself was so far out of the question. after some shopping online i got a great price from moving pros and decided to go with them. what blew me out of the water was how fast they did everything in Brooklyn. these guys were animals. they came in and packed everything form top to bottom. i had to pack the boxes and fragile but they did the rest. it would've take me three days to do this. also i guess i need to check my judgements because i assumed they'd be sending some scraggly guys that don't speak any english. the movers they sent were very professional and spoke perfect english. the guys on delivery were equally as good. i didn't have to set any of the furniture up myself. i guess i didn't really know what to expect going into this because I've never used a mover. and i don't care how rich you are $4000 is a lot of money. but honestly it was worth every cent with these guys.

moving pros is by far the BEST moving company I have ever worked with from initial contact start to finish! My initial coordinator was ryan, ryan, was exceptional. so very thorough in discussing and documenting my impending move. he was always available for my calls and texts. his crew of movers that came to my home were exceptional as well. They all took great care with all of our furniture, boxes, and belongings. i was very impressed with their whole system of doing things, it was very calculated. Even though the move took a little longer than we planned we were still very satisfied.
