A friend and i went to this restaurant on 10/9/06. We were very happy with the meals we choose. though the menu is limited the choices are good. The restaurant is small so i advise reservations if you don't get there early. The atmosphere is lovely and decorated for the harlem neighborhood. This is a great date restaurant.

The menu contains imaginative representations of southern comfort foods. For example, the cheeses used in the macaroni and cheese give you that same rich flavor, but they also give you something to experience besides the usual cheddar. The bar and cellar complement the kitchen ably, and the bartenders mix well. The good cheer that fills the room makes soft voices hard to hear at high tide, but the net experience is worth it.
