      Marty was trained by Pepe Peruyero, an internationally recognized trainer, at the J & K Canine Academy. Their methods have been developed and tested at the University of Florida, with the results published in Scientific Journals, where the results have shown that canines were 97% effective in finding bed bugs.Each handling team is thoroughly tested and receives certification and licensing before entering the field from NESDCA (National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association).
