Not honest. On the phone Arther quoted me a price of $1400 for a 18k bracelet that I wanted to scrap/sell. I have alot of piece's I wanted to sell but I thought i would start with this one bracelet. He said to mail the bracelet or bring it in and in return I would recieve $1400 according to the weight and the price of gold that day. I ended up bringing it in, Waisted my time. $400 less than what he quoted and the price of gold had gone UP to boot! Very nice and sincere over the phone very professional but once your there, different story. Be careful sending them your gold. I usually use Northeast refinery. Now they are honest and a good company to deal with.
Im sure if it was worth 1400 we wouldve gladly paid it. Over the phone or email we give you best case scenario price. Maybe your 18kt bracelet had added weight from plastic or colored stones. Why would I pay you for gold price for plastic??? Anyway if i myself couldve recieved 1400 for this bracelet and made a customer out of it, I wouldve. But it probably wasnt worth it. Sorry.
