The woman cleaning my apartment did not wear a mask int he middle of the COVID-19 pandemic! I was horrified when I came home and found her in my apartment not wearing a mask. I asked her to put one on and she refused, so I had to ask her to leave in the middle of the clean. When I called the company, they did not care and refused to do anything. To make matters worse, this clean had included an additional few hours because the deep clean that I booked before was done poorly. So now I have paid almost $400 to this company and do not have a clean apartment. The business refuses to take accountability and has ignored all of my attempts to reach out and get this resolved.

I've used Maid Marines 4 times now and they've always lived up to my standards. One thing about cleaning services in NYC is that you cannot find anyone who will bring all of the supplies; for whatever reason, you always have to provide the vacuum and a few other odds and ends yourself, which is a massive inconvenience when you need a cleaner NOW and don't have time to go out and buy such products. Maid Marines brings it all, no fuss, no hassle, they're very hard workers and I couldn't be more pleased.

Housekeepers arrived exactly on time and brought their own cleaning supplies. I didn’t need to leave anything out (no vacuum, mop, etc.). Payment was handled totally online so there was no need to have check or cash in hand. Cleaning was up to my expectations. Maybe not quite as thorough in some areas as I would have liked, but I’m pretty picky and overall much better than other cleaners I’ve used in the city. I enjoy the convenience and quality of service.

I’ve consistently had a great experience with Maid Marines and have been using the company for over a year. I order the full-house cleaning with every visit, and it typically takes 2 to 3 hours. Prices seem to be about the same as other mid-to-high-range housekeepers in the area. I plan to continue ordering a monthly cleaning from Maid Marines in the future.
