Dr. William Levis, M.D. is an award-winning dermatologist who has published over 100 articles about dermatology in peer reviewed literature. He won the 2008 AAD Astellas Dermatology Award. He also received a Medal of Honor in 2002 for his public health service. Dr. Levis is certified by the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD), and a member of the Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID) and the American Society for Clinical Investigation (ASCI). Dr. Levis was a Senior Investigator for the National Cancer Institute for 11 years specializing in skin cancer. He is especially skilled in immune related disorders such as psoriasis and eczema. He has developed unique, natural skin care products for acne, aging, and warts; and for glycolic acid-peels, together with his wife and partner (Dr. Georgia Levis, Ph.D. in microbiology) has created gentler peels with a higher concentration of glycolic acid using patented formulations.
