Never left a review for any place before, but this place deserves it. I took a bike I wrecked there and the service convinced me to come back to buy a bike for myself (the bike I wrecked was my bosses son's). Larry is knowledgeable and very patient, generous and kind. He answered all of my questions, concerns and never sold me something because it was the most expensive but because it best fit my needs. That's rare. Today I took my bike in because my tires were low. Larry dropped everything he was doing when I walked in and helped me, not only filling my tires but checked my breaks, the gears and readjusted everything so it rode better than ever. He made me feel like his grand daughter making sure everything ran correctly before setting me off on the streets of New York. He clearly loves what he does and cares deeply for his clients. I can't recommend this place enough...in fact I searched out a way to review it. Amazing.
