We stopped in after visiting 9/11 memorial. Food was good (except miso soup had way too much seaweed). The atmosphere was nice but the service was pretty awful. They were not busy but we still had to beg for water refills and they forgot my miso soup completely with no apology. They food arrived quickly and then we were more or less ignored by the waiter.
