The entire staff members are very friendly ; they go above and beyond with everything that they do.
clear and straightforward interactions
Dr Grossos was great. Smart, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable. Today, though issue not completely resolved yet, I walked around the city not in pain & not non-stop thinking about my toe/foot. I really appreciate her approach. Madeleine

Dr. Grossos was incredibly helpful at treating my feet needs! She was able to identify the problem, immediately and work with me to educate me on what was going on and how to best treat it. Her patient etiquette is exceptional, she's caring, engaging and professional.
great listener and i would recommend
I'm writing this on behalf on a non English-speaking patient.
The patient is normally a tough customer when it comes to doctors, very often not wanting to go. But this was a winning experience, and the important thing is the patient's going to want to repeat the visit. Also, the doctor's treatment of her foot was very thorough and gentle, which the patient noticed and remarked on. Overall, very good.
Dr. Grossos was very attentive and listened to my needs. Easy to get in and out. Very friendly office staff!
Dr. Grossos and her staff were extremely kind and helpful during my entire visit. They clearly explained what was going on in my foot and walked me through each step of therapy. They offered many options for recovery and were willing to talk with me for as long as I needed. They are fabulous!
Friendly and attentive staff overall, thank you!
So nice to have time with a doctor who listens and is willing to spend some time
The Dr. was incredibly helpful and spent a long time explaining all the details of my case, answering all the questions and taking time to go through in detail. Highly recommended.
Dr. Grossos clearly explained what was going on and many options for treatment. We were able to address my main issue on the first visit. Scheduling was easy and I was seen on time.
really good doctor and staff !
Dr. Gross was very clear and quickly explained the issue I was having and how it could be fixed over time. She clearly knows what she is talking about and communicated a lot of detail about how I could be treated and the possible paths forward.
