John Cunningham's career began at Shearson Lehman Brothers as a retirement planning consultant. His position required him to help the brokers and their clients establish and evaluate their current 401(k)s and/or other qualified plans. After several years, he became a financial consultant for Smith Barney Shearson. John furthered his knowledge and experience by joining Tribus Financial Group, Inc. (now known as Wachovia Insurance Services Agency, Inc.) to help establish a retirement planning services department.
