Welcome to AC Services Company in New York. We are New York, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens's leaders in air conditioner installations, repair and maintenance.
We had our central heat and air system replaced by Hi tech central air Heating and Air last week. They were professional, prompt and informative. We have used Hitech in the past for plumbing issues and now can say they are just as good to work with in their Heating and Air division. We were most impressed with their quick response to our call. That was and always has been the most important thing. No waiting 2 days or 4 hours to get to you. We will continue to use Hitech because of their outstanding service and prompt response to problems.
BE CAREFUL!! Everything we said here we have photo evidence. We already recommend our building to block these people.We are cheated by 400 dollars with a so called new fan (but really a old ugly dirty fan). They chopped the original motor, so later even someone else helped us to fix, we had to pay for a new motor. So shady not trust worthy people. Shame on you!
They are always very polite and so incredibly helpful. They take the time to answer all my phone calls whenever I have an issue with my HVAC. They are also always very quick to respond to service calls. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic company. You will not regret calling them. They are the best out there
