Provided by YP.comFirst thing I would like to say is that they have many locations.The Chelsea store particularly is the most beautiful! BUT going on, I had a lamp to fix to take over to a clients house. I called 5 times in one day and wanted to be transferred to lighting and was never transferred. I always ended up in another dept.I decided to come in and speak to them in person. When I walked in I asked these 2 employees in the front counter to speak to a manager,they pointed to a gentlemen on the phone they told me his name was Alfred. I waited for this gentleman to finish hes conversation for 10 min. He was yelling pappo the whole time and laughing and carrying on.Which made me feel like i didnt have any importance. It bought this beautiful place, luxury to the ground. When he was done I went forward and told him my situation with my lamp and he send me over to lighting. When I got to this dept. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE TO HELP ME!!!!!I was there for about 5 to 7 min and no one showed up. I left in anger and decided to never go back. The management is unmannerly and not very helpful. Such a beautiful place improperly ran. I had many friends of mine complain about there service and lack effectiveness.
This is a store that started as one and has expanded to three on the Eastside. Very$$$$$$
