I rarely write reviews but after three occasions of poor treatment while in the store i feel compelled to write this. Please go elsewhere - anywhere - but here. the sales people are incredibly rude! Roy in particular. The manager is great but only when he is in the store. there are other options. Caligor for one. its a bit far but from this location (83rd street) but it is upsetting to patron a place that treats people so badly.

Falk is great - very reliable and they deliver, weekdays. (There is a small fee depending on the distance in the city.) On weekends they use a delivery service (which charges a reasonable a fee). I've used Falk over the years to rent different types of medical equipment. Wheelchairs - they ask if you need the leg-raise kind & your height & weight to get the right size. After hip replacement surgery I needed a chair with a higher seat and two hospital-type bedside rolling tables- that you can raise and lower and it swings left & right - one to go over my bed and one for the living room so I could eat at the high-seat chair.
