I order $350 worth of accessories from this company and it was clearly labeled Satin nickel. To my dismay 6 months later I opened the package to give to a client after finishing her bathroom and it was polished nickel. I contacted the company and they told me because it was more than 30 days I was SOL. What customer service this company has. I will be writing to the Presiendent to tell him how his mis leading description should of resulted in my purchase. And to not take the product back even though it was 6 months old in the original boxes and never opened. They still carry it on their web site - but they say it is now discontinued.
