I have had at least six MRIs at East Manhattan Diagnostic. This is the most professional and courteous center that I have visited. As a testament to their competence, it is the only center in the city that my specialist will use. It is a pleasure to deal with the staff at East Manhattan.

The staff at East Manhattan Diagnostic could not have been more terrific. They were courteous, helpful, polite and efficient. From the from desk to the MRI technician my experience having the MRI was made quite easy. I certainly appreciate the professionalism of all.

The staff, starting at Reception, is unfailingly polite, patient, and helpful. My appointments were given on time, which is so important to all of us . And, the Doctor who actually did my MRI , was efficient and had GREAT music in the earphones, which makes the MRI seem much easier . The radiologist promptly got my results to my orthopod . This was the best radiology experience I've had. No wait, excellent service. Couldn't be better. Even a good cup of coffee! Only annoyance was that they said results would be available 24 - 48 hrs later. I didn't hear from my doc until 4 days later. Don't know if that was his inefficiency or what. It would be great to get an email or call at the same time as the doctor. I know that is not standard medical practice but it should be. I wanted to know the results and then be able to discuss treatment options with my doctor. I think a patient should know when the results are available. I had called my doctor a few times but got no response.

Very professional, clean, efficient......they explained things clearly, were on-time, got the results back quickly.

Unbelievably professional, kind, courteous service! My Doctor says their images are unparalleled; that's why I travelled from Washington, DC. I hit a snag when I told Dwayne (the tech) that I'd had some itching last time I had an MRA. They were going to postpone the test, but because I travelled from DC, I asked them to please reconsider. Staff called Dr. Kaplan (the radiologist) who spoke with me, then checked with my nurse, and discovered it would be safe to pre-medicate me with a Benadryl.I got the test done that day, saving me a 9 hour bus trip. Dr. Kaplan, Dwayne, Wayne and Maria (at the front desk) were all so lovely. Maria even helped me navigate the trains and buses! Nothing like my DC experiences...this is a seriously customer service oriented imaging center! Alexandra
