I found Dr. Zong through an internet search and was thrilled to find out he did toe slimming BC I hated my big toes. I am a skinny young girl that had large toes. They didn't fit my body type and I was really self-conscious to show my feet. I was so happy to find him however; I had to work up the courage to call his office. I had always been embarrassed of my feet so much that I was even intimidated to call the office and discuss my toe problem. Finally I forced myself to call to get more information and from the first phone call I felt completely comfortable his staff is professional and very helpful. I live in California and communicated with Dr. Zong and his staff via email and phone for about a month and a half before surgery they took the time to answer all my questions (which were a lot) and they made the process easier for me. They replied to my emails in a timely manner everything was great before even coming to NYC. Once I arrived things got even better the staff was just as sweet in person as they were over the phone, they have a nice office and they gave me realistic expectations. My surgery was a lot easier than I expected, I just saw my feet for the first time and they look great. They are very symmetrical and truly smaller thinner big toes. I cannot wait to show off my feet once I’m completely healed. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zong and his staff. Thank you so much for my pretty feet.

After hearing so many other frightening post-op stories, I'm so glad I chose NYC footcare for my procedures. After initially coming to see Dr. Zong about a strange pain and numbness in my right foot, I also spoke to him about other issues that bothered me, more-so cosmetically. He was so honest with me in the consultation, and actually told me that my concern was not something that needs surgery because "it's really not so bad." He gave me a few different options and told me the outcome of every single thing I may experience after each one. His no-pressure, calm personality made it very easy to feel confident that I was in good hands. So, I decided to take care of everything that bothered me; my bunions (problem initially), Hagland's Deformity or heel bumps, and shortening of a couple toes to avoid future corns. HUGE procedure, but so worth it! I did my feet about two weeks apart from each other. Dr. Zong was incredible through both surgeries as he made sure I didn't have anymore questions before or after the procedure. His confidence left me with no worries at all. He was actually there as I woke up from my anesthesia both times with very pleasant nurses. There was pain for the first couple of days which was expected. Each day became incredibly easier after that. I was up and lightly working out again before I knew it. I was able to visit Greece less than 3 weeks after my second surgery...and walk around, sightsee and swim! My healing time has been even shorter than expected! Highly recommended!

We took our 8 year old daughter to see Dr. Zong because she was complaining of foot pain and was having trouble walking. He as well as his staff were caring and took into consideration our concerns. He did a thorough exam of my daughters feet and quickly put our minds at ease with his diagnosis. Dr. Zong is an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor who we would recommend to everyone.

As a diabetic, I was very pleased with the services of NYC Footcare. I have several medical issues regarding my feet and foot pain and Dr. Zong was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The staff was very pleasant, and the atmosphere of the facility was very welcoming. NYC Footcare has my highest recommendation for any type of foot care. It was an excellent experience overall.
