The staff made the experience as comfortable as possible considering the procedures. They consistently asked if I was feeling any pain and explained each step of the procedure.

Not sure where they find their doctors, will not EVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Unless you want to be insulted, or look absolutely unnatural. Dr. Engelman is the worst dermatologist in NYC. Stay away!
