My case was delicate with a small 3 year old child but they were great and showed concern for the safety of my child. I am grateful for there service and will definitely recommend them to others. I would give them 10 stars but I can't!

I was sexually and verbally harassed my am apartment owner and the company said it wasn’t their fault. They sent me to a house where the man had 7 cats, he lived on a flattened air mattress in the living room with no door and was offering me a room with no door. The bathroom had no privacy either. As a young female he told me that if I didn’t move in that he would starve. That he was nice to me so I owed it to be nice to him. When I voiced my concerned the the company they screamed at me over the phone, took my money and never found me a room.

I rented a room through Delta Room Rentals, figured it was a good idea using an agency. This Dominican con artist who works there sent me to a room with no windows, and turned out the bed had BED BUGS. The building super was a part time exterminator so he brought in his BED BUG sniffing doggie and sure enough it was BED BUGGIES. I went back to Delta for a refund or another room referral through them. Jackie, the HEAD scammer Dominican playgirl who owns the joint, said she would not get me another room without charging me another $200.00 fee, and if that was not acceptable, she said to just stay put in the room I was sent me to and just go buy a new mattress! So I called the coppers, and when cops arrived at their office, they said that Delta Room Rentals has been running a scam and is under investigation by the State. Then the officer went inside to get down on Jackie and I eventually got my $200.00 fee back on the spot. This agency is a sleazy FRAUD!!

I have used them before with DECENT results. One room they rented to me (4 years ago) had mice and I lived with vermin for 6 months.

This time around they sent me to a few horrible rooms before viewing what I thought was a decent room. I paid the landlord 2 weeks rent and moved in. Immediately I smelled a horrific odor. I checked under the bed and found the entire floor panel had been stripped and was covered in mold.After, calling the landlord, she pretended to not speak English and told me I never paid her and she would not return my $400. I Immediately called the police and was told once they arrived I would have to take her to Civil court in order to get my money back.I contacted Delta room rentals who was still obligated to help me find a room for two weeks. After getting sent to only one or two rooms a day,I have decoded to sue all of them. The agency and the landlord.SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS SCAM!!!

I used Delta Room Rentals about 4 months ago. They are on the better end of most room rental agencies. Their office, although small, is always clean and scented. The ladies were extremely helpful and answered every single one of my questions. The room I was able to get is amazing and matched all of my requests. Quiet neighborhood, female tenants, and within my budget. very pleased with their service.
