Located in New York City, Convent of the Sacred Heart is an all-girls elementary and secondary school. The school offers classes from prekindergarten through grade 12 and enrolls more than 600 students every year. It offers classes in a wide range of subjects and conducts various sporting events and extracurricular activities. Convent of the Sacred Heart focuses on making students socially responsible through several practical programs, such as preparing food baskets during holidays and entertaining residents at nursing homes. The school offers an elected student service team that plans activities and conducts outreach programs. Its range of activities include preparing an Oxfam hunger banquet, organizing clothing, food drives and participating in elderly assistance programs.
