New York Pilates specializes in private Pilates and GYROTONIC instruction. We are located in Union Square in New York City. We want to help you look and feel better while having fun! The New York Pilates approach is modern with a focus on biomechanics, which means we like science and you get the benefit of our nerdy adoration of anatomy- we might even convince you to think its cool too.
