The most horrible customer service I've ever experienced anywhere in my life! Brought a bottle back that was corked & was accused of pouring something into the bottle. I was appalled & amazed!! I asked for an exchange & was asked to leave the store repeatedly & then accused of having recently brought back a bottle of Yellow Tail. First, I don't drink Yellow Tail & second, I've never been in this shop b'fore. The owner refused to exchange or credit and worse - refused to entertain the notion that I was and am TELLING THE TRUTH!! I am a former New Yorker in town as my husband just had lung surgery at Memorial Sloan. Truly awful wine experience.
