I made an appointment and took an afternoon off work: at the end of the service window I called to ask what had happened and they said the technician had called in sick. I asked why then they didn't call to cancel; they gave no answer. I then pressed them to reschedule and to waive the service charge; they said they would instead send another service technician out to arrive an hour later. The second technician never showed, and when I called again, the office was closed and I was shifted into a voice mail system that would not take messages. Don't waste your time.
