I used George based on a recommendation and I have absolutely no regrets. I have used brokers in the past and have not been entirely comfortable with the experience. Some brokers that have shown me 19 places in one day and only one even vaguely fit my criteria. George, however, was quite the opposite and working with him was very refreshing. He paid attention to what I had requested and every single apartment that he showed me was one that I seriously considered renting. He went far beyond what I expected of a broker, checking in periodically to see what he could help out with, negotiating frequently on my behalf, coming with me to my lease signing and answering questions even after I had signed the lease.
