Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar is located on the 16th floor of Conrad New York Downtown and overlooks the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor. Guests at Loopy Doopy can enjoy the bar's signature Poptail drink, which features a Mom & Icepops Boozy pop in flavors such as Raspberry Moscow Mule and Lemon-Jasmine Gin, served in a choice of prosecco or rosecco on tap, or Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial. Additional cocktails, spirits, wines and beers are available. The bar offers a fresh, brand new seasonal menu, developed by the hotel's Executive Chef, Brian Lee.
