I wish I had something nice to review but I don't. This company took advantage of my daughter. She requested to have the vehicle towed to a different shop and they said they cannot do that. (LIE FALSE) After close to $1000.00 in charges and holding the vehicle hostage, we eventually got it moved. The staff is rude and unaware of NYS law. I will contact the NYS/DOT/and local police municipality's to make them aware they are in bed with a THIEF. Also on their website for all of their companies, it claims it tows for ALLSTATE and Geico. ALLSTATE does not offer ARS Towing. ANOTHER LIE. BE AWARE, and pray you don't have a girl. They will take advantage of her !!!!!!! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.

1.0 star rating 1/15/2018Refused to honor AAA call. Made me pay inflated price out of pocket, then refused to tow my truck to the repair facility of my choice. Rude and unprofessional

Very disrespectful people there was told price to pick up my car when I arrived price suddenly rose when I asked why guy working there stated sorry I don't speak Mexican so your people can understand meanwhile I'm not Mexican or Spanish... so was charged more based on what this employee thought I was.

Very unprofessional, dishonest and crude, these people are. Not one star is deserved for their reckless behavior.
