We purchased our home where Pride Services had installed the Dura Pier foundation repail system that's supposed to include a lifetime warranty...WE PAID to transfer. Obviously, several of the piers had dislodged, or slipped causing damage to the interior & exterior of the house. The guy came out, made claims the problem is on the inner part of the house, only problem, all the damage is to the outter edges of the house. We recently replaced our living room carpet, and there is only ONE crack, and that is the outer corner of the living room. I had seen were repairs were made to the inner part of the slab, and that repair is undamaged. All cracks are at the outter walls, NOT inner part of the slab as the owner of the business claimed. HE IS A LIAR, and refuses to honor his lifetime warranty that is in writing, I will also note the foundation of the house across the street of our home also was repaired by Pride, THAT house now has foundation problems. And the same owner refuses to honor the lifetime warranty to make the repairs to that house.I suggest to all who read this, if you need foundation repair to your home, I STRONGLY suggest you choose a different service other than a Dura Pier service, ESPECIALLY Pride, which you want to avoid. Hate to say this, but if one Dura Pier owner refuses to honor their warranty, I would not trust the rest of the Dura Pier contractors to honor this warranty.I also find it odd the actual owner of the name of this trade mark of Dura Pier seems to have managed to keep their info from public view, so customers who paid thousands of dollars, and were ripped off by the individual owners like that of Pride Services. Perhaps he or she doesn't want to get an earfull from those who have been wronged, ripped off by those individual owners like Pride who I wouldn't trust to watch my neighbors squirrels, much less fix the problems of his install. I would't trust him to do the job right, but I would expect him to cut corners on purpose out of spite...just a personal observation from his attitude I got from him.

I had Pride Foundation come out in 2003 to sure up my foundation. I have no trouble since then until this summer. I have a little movement in the foundation, so I need some more work done. I have been calling and leaving messages several times per week for the past three weeks. They have yet to contact me. ...Pride contacted me about an hour after I posted this review. They are sending someone out to look at my foundation.

Over $21,000 to install 44 piers under my home 4 years ago. This is a comparable price with other foundation repair companies. My house is starting to have problems again and I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks from my initial call to get them back out, to honor their "Lifetime Warranty". My guess is there is no "money in it" for them so they are avoiding my calls. If they show up and fix the house I would raise my rating. As it stands, I may have to take them to court!!!

Leveling of a very small farm house that needed a little work that required two people with less than one days work costs $4000. That is totally outrageous and is taking advantage of an elderly couple that does not know any better.
