For more than 35 years Windings, a privately held company, has been manufacturing custom stator and rotor assemblies. Serving a wide range of business in rotating components, Windings produces components for servo motors, medical products, avionics, power generation, defense and aerospace applications. Its customers include Rockwell Automation, Parker Hannifin Automations, Moog, Honeywell, Bayside Motion, Danaher companies Kollmorgen and Pacific Scientific, Beckman Instruments, Delco Remy, Capstone Turbine, Servo Controls Division of Parker Aerospace and others. Windings is located in New Ulm, Minn., with a related company, Windtech, in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico. The company was founded in 1965 by J. W. McKinney in New Ulm.
