I bought tires from these guys for several cars because they were competitive. I went to have my balance and rotation done before leaving for a 1000 trip the next day, and when I got it up to highway speeds my car was bouncing so badly there was no way I was going to make it through my trip. So I pulled over 60 miles away and spent more than $50 to have it done at another tire store, and had them note the amount of weight out of balance right on the paperwork. I called American, explained my situation, got their fax number to send them the bill and they never responded. No more will I go back after they did not stand behind the lousy work of one of their employees. It's too bad, because they had me as a customer. I have to drive out of my way to get to them, but no more.
