They're knowledgeable, reasonable, and friendly. They have a variety of refurbished computers and gadgets for purchase at very reasonable prices. Every time I've called during working hours, someone has answered, instead of a menu to reach a live person. I like this store very much. I have bought 2 computers from them in the past 18 months and have been very happy with their suggestions and help.
