Our firm spent well over $20,000 for "services" which turned out to be bogus. They need a trainer to come in there and teach them how to give value to their customers, not abuse their trust.. A bummer.

Their work and attitude were unsatisfactory and it was not worth the substantial amount of money we paid them. There was no accountability from any department we dealt with there.
