This was the most helpful funeral home around. They were so caring and helpful to me and my family.

I spent over 1 month trying to make pre-arrange funeral plans for a family member. My first question was if they take life insurance policies. I was told yes, they do this all of the time. They would pay everything that we discussed, cemetary costs, church expenses, etc. so that I would not have to deal with everything when the time came. I told them I had the paperwork to change the beneficiary on the life insurance plan to make them the primary beneficiary. In addition, they knew I was planning to purchase a coffin online to save on cost. I was told last week that they would try to match the cost and get back with me. Today I received a call that they do not accept life insurance policies in advanced. Apparently, the fact that they have to accept a casket, its the law, they used the we don't accept insurance policies as an excuse because I was not purchasing the casket from them. Avoid this company at all costs. They lie to your face and expect you to accept it.

If is hard to describe the horror of dealing with these people. They advertise no frills rates but when you book at these rates, you are treated like dirt. There is no sense of urgency, no attention to detail and no respect for you or the deceased.
