Carpet was installed in four rooms by a unprofessional crew to say the least. Had to plead with them to put bedroom and closet doors back on and when asked to do so the helper went and sat in the truck.

Tile chunks left from improper sweeping made large bumps in three spots. The carpet was not stretched and bunched up where seams were.

When called two weeks after install they said they would be in touch…….three weeks later they sent a guy out who seemed furious about the terrible install and promised he would send out a crew within two weeks.

That was two months ago.

Steer clear of this store and go somewhere else.

I got a living room and 2 bedrooms carpeted for a good price and the job was done neat and fast.

For the Floor Online have very large collection of floor, tile or carpet for our home. I selected flooring from there. Their installation service was very fast. The installers were experienced, and did a great job at get the flooring in a timely fashion. All over, my experience is very good.
