We have 3 online businesses and hired Chris Quinn and CQuinn Designs (cquinndesigns.com) to help us fix various issues with the sites. Chris started out strong, and we were initially very happy with his work.

But then Chris, while in the middle of working on one of our websites that we had paid him a deposit to work on, Chris disappeared and stopped working. He would not return phone calls or answer our emails. Chris abandoned us and our project completely. To this day we have no idea why Chris stopped working and disappeared.

What was especially troubling is that we started experiencing problems with one of our websites that required the server password to fix. Chris was the only person who knew the server password, as he never provided it to us. Despite our desperate need, Chris would not respond to our repeated requests for that password so we could fix our website. We sent Chris, and his coworker Tiny, numerous email messages over a several month period begging for the password. No response from Chris or Tina. Likewise, we tried to call them both at every phone number we had and left numerous messages over a several month period. Still no return phone call, despite our urgent pleas. CQuinn Designs (cquinndesigns.com) left us completely hanging.

Chris and CQuinn Designs are unreliable. I CANNOT recommend using them for any project. We normally would not take the effort to leave a negative review, but we wanted to warn others so no one else will suffer a similar experience.

We have 3 online businesses, each with a complex website. As a result, we have a fair amount of dealing with web developers. And, as attorneys and real estate brokers, we are very picky about the look of our websites and how our websites interface with our consumers.



When we started having problems with one of our websites, which was designed and developed several years ago by a different web designer (NOT CQuinn Design), we made numerous efforts to reach the original web designer to fix it. We made countless calls and sent emails, but it was like the original designer had dropped off the face of the earth. We were desperate for help, as the website stopped working during one of our busiest seasons and customers were starting to complain.



We were lucky enough to find Chris Quinn and CQuinn Design team, and they came to our rescue! We contacted them for help and they immediately assisted. They seemed to truly understand the urgency of our problem and even came up with a clever temporary solution while they fixed the underlying problem. And perhaps most significant to our situation, our website was older and the original web developer used code specific to himself and not readily useable by others. CQuinn Design had to read the code line-by-line to figure out the problem and fix it. Their speed and professionalism was truly impressive. Literally every time we called or emailed, someone promptly responded.



Bottom line, they told us what they were going to do, and they did it. They were responsive, creative, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Chris and CQuinn Design went above and beyond and were incredible. Their price was also extremely reasonable and the work product was fantastic!!! Chris and CQuinn Design saved our business!!!



There is no doubt that we will be using CQuinn again. In fact, we have already talked to them about new projects, including building our next website! We also plan to continue to use them to monitor and maintain our current websites going forward. We got so much for our money, and you could not ask for a better person/team/company to work with. There is no one better for website support and building.
