We found that a purchase we made would not fit in our Fifth Wheel trailer. Dave was very courteous and accomodating when we cancelled our order. We will definitely use him in future purchases. We were also very impressed with his extensive stock.

The Staff was very helpful in every way. I would recommend Comfort Zone to all of my friends. I had an Platform bed on order with another store in the NPR area for over two months, David told me that he could have the bed I picked out in one week. I was impressed it was delivered in 6 days. David at the New Port Richey location was verry curtious and made our futon buying experiance verry easy , unlike most of the other stores we shopped at. There delivery of the futon was verry profesional and i would highly recomend them to anyone in the market for a futon or beds.

Production staff from Pinellas is great but service after the sale in Port Richey store is non-existent. Staff is friendly when you consider purchasing but after sale is made you are treated as if your business is not important to them and it is their way or no way almost to the point of rude. I felt I became an unimportant bother' to David the franchisee in Port Richey and his assistant. I would buy another one of these beds as it is a wonderful product but would not deal with the Port Richey franchisee due to his lack of caring for my concerns after the sale. I would rather drive south several miles out of my way and try another franchisee. I am considering purchasing other beds for a vacation home in New York and I will drive to Pinellas outlet just to not have to experience this lack of concern again.
