Little Explorers is a clean day care center and they do genuinely care about their kids. Unfortunately though, they don't put the same effort into keeping their staff happy. Long hours, low pay, and unfriendly atmosphere. There is so much staff turnover there and it's no surprise. Employees go in not knowing when they are going to be able to leave at the end of the day or have their lunch break. If the administration put more effort into making it more of an incentive to work there, I think the quality of the overall center would improve. I'm not going to give a terrible review though. Parents should still consider this center as a place to send their children. They will be taken care of, respected, read to, etc.

Excellent school, professional staff!

My son has been part of Little Explorers for about 1 1/2 years already. I drive a distance each day just to make sure he goes here because of it's high standards of taking care of children. There are so many great things about this place. The best is that the owner truly does believe in what she is doing and it shows with the children!
