Horrible customer service. I called to see if someone could look if they had a specific item, well I was informed they did not. My husband stopped anyways just to make sure, luckily he did because they had a several of them. The ladies who answered the phone were very rude as well. I understand you work at Walmart but I mean come on.

Security in your parking lot has to be addressed! As a retired police sergeant/security & personal safety specialist I've noticed too much activity in your parking area. Most recently while searching for a parking spot I noticed a male cruising the parking area on a pink girls bike. The male seemed to be about 17-19 years old. I would describe his actions of that of a shark circling it's prey. A older adult lady was walking to her vehicle to place purchased items into the rear when the male approached from her rear like most predators do. He was so fixed on his mission that he failed to see me sitting feet away. He surprised the shopper and asked several times for money. I approached him from his rear causing him to panic and flee. The female shopper stated she feared for her life and was sure he had a gun. She informed him many times she had no money. After discussing this with several customers I've come to realize this is common. Increase a visible security presence! Mike-L.

Not enough registers open,stockers blocks isles with carts everyone shopping are on cells and have no concern for other costomers.if you go after 7 am good luck

Worst walmart when it congress to checking out! Lines well back into the apparel areas and only 5 registers open at 6:00. Took me 30 minutes to stand in line. When I asked a manager I'd they were going to open more lines, she asked me who was going to run them!

I've only shopped there maybe four or five times since its opening, the last two times I had an issue with an exchange and my savings catcher. My issue was addressed the first time by Saylia (not sure if I spelled it correctly) in customer service. She handled the issue quickly with grace and patience. The last visit, Val (assistant manager) took on my issue pleasantly and swiftly. He was also assisted by Saylia who completed my transaction seconds after I arrived! Although I've had standoffish cashiers before at this location, I was beyond satisfied my last two visits because of Val & Saylia! THANKS!

The store's opening was long awaited (10 years). The convenience is needed and appreciated. It hasn't been long since the store's opening, and the store is..... Shall I say ghetto-fabulous! Though it has not been publicized, it is rumored that the store has been robbed at least twice... By the same person who walked in through the storage cart hub, and took the store for thousands in coins. Also, as I am trying to conceive, I have been purchasing ovulation and pregnancy test kits from Walmart... Well, today, all ovulation and pregnancy tests are encased in large plastic boxes which can only be removed at the register to deter stealing. I like to have the freedom to touch my items before purchase. The store's image has gone downhill within less than six month of opening. I'll continue to travel to Slidell, where I can touch perfume and pregnancy test boxes before I buy.
