      Vyoone Segue Lewis was born into a family with four generations of Afro Creoles and French ancestors from New Orleans. Her father is Canadian French and mother is African American and Cherokee Indian. She is a Pediatric Geneticists trained at Tulane University . Vyoone is a classical musician (clarinet and contrabass) who trained with Pete Fountain at New Orleans Center of Creative Arts. She has strong ties to the community and the family of New Orleans. Vyoone has received several awards from YWCA and City of New Orleans for her commitment and dedication to empowering women in Louisiana. She serves the New Orleans community as a Rotarian of Rotary Club of New Orleans and as a board member of the NOLA Angel Network Board.
