Dr. Thomas Horsman received his medical degree from West Virginia Universoty School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida in Gainesville._x000D_ Dr. Horsman is board-certified by American Board of Medical Specialties. He has been on staff at Ochsner since December 2020 and specializes in pediatric pulmonology.
