Very well structured and fun class but martial arts goes so much deeper, if you truly want to learn, it must be done from a true master of martial arts no matter what style.If you learn from 1st , 2nd, and 3rd degree black belts , especially those who learn through distance training, and are not regularly supervised by a master then you are cutting yourself short. Learn from a true master and the end result will be worth it.
