I sent my designer to purchase several pieces I saw on their website for our new home on Gulf Shore Drive in Naples, Florida. Unfortunately, she arrived late, 4:45pm on Monday the 23rd of March. She was not approached by any sales person, or asked if she needed help, etc. etc. Completely ignored! I was planning to spend just under under $100,000. for a gorgeous chandelier and burled wood Secretary. You lost BIG TIME, Royal Antiques. I told her NOT to go back this morning and to shop elsewhere! Customer service is NOT one of their strong points! DO NOT WASTE your time dealing here!!

Amazing little place in the quarter. I bought a gorgeous 19th century Russian cross for $50 here, and the owners were incredibly friendly. Lots of unusual and fascinating merchandise.
