The office staff here is really friendly and helpful. They make me think they appreciate having me as a customer. Their subcontractor came out to work on my alarm and I was impressed. He knew what he was doing and took care of everything quickly. I never felt pressured to add things to the job just to run up my bill. I am happy to use them. I told my brother about them when he was looking for a monitoring company and they gave me 3 months of service for free for doing so. Can't beat that.
