very difficult to get thru by phone...when they answer, usually after several rings, they put you on hold for extended periods of time...(sometime 10- 20 minutes !!!. even more difficult to get an appointment... When appointment is finally made, very long waits to see anyone there !!!! It appears the physicians are spread way too thin to give appropiate care to their patients.
