      LADY IN CONCEIRGE IS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE BUT THE OLD LADY THAT WORKS IN 17TH FLOOR FOR BREAKFAST IS SO MEAN AND HAS BAD ATTITUDE. SOME SERVERS IN THE RESTAURANT NEXT TO THE HOTEL NEEDS SOME MANNERS TO FOLLOW WHEN TAKING ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS BUT THE MANAGER IS VERY UNDERSTANDING.
