Moved our 1 bedroom apartment full of furniture in an upstairs apartment into a storage unit 40 minutes away....only took them 3 hours!....AND it was raining!...The two guys were very polite and moved furniture as if it were their own. They also carefully stored it in a storage facility. Was very impressed with the two men who showed up. Would recommend them and will use them again.

2 Hours Late. More time than Estimated. We called "Precision Movers" but got this truck & invoice instead. Movers do not wear uniforms. Movers dud not introduce themselves by name.

We required no packing & only one table was dismantled for the move. When given a three hour estimate on the phone, I was already skeptical. We had already told them we required a 1 hour drive to our new apartment & we were moving to the third floor. The move took 4.5 hours. Which, honestly, was what I expected. No problem, there.



Our main issue is that the movers arrived 2 hours later than expected. We were called 45 minutes before their arrival to notify us they were coming.



Service was good. They worked consistently & took minimal breaks. They were smart about doorways & heavy lifting. $30 charge for stairs was not discussed on phone prior to arrival.



If they had mentioned the stair charge & called -prior- to the time of estimated arrival to let us know they were going to be late, I'd give 4 stars.



If they'd mentioned the stair charge & been on time, I'd give 5 stars.

Worst ever. Truck was small, after two trips I paid them and let them go and finished the move myself. Scratched almost every stick of furniture they touched. Kept getting the run-a-round when I tried to get compensated for my damages so I just blew it off. If you are moving, stay away from this company. Pay a little more and use someone else to move.
