Kathy at Cut Loose Salon is a hair color wizard,she has been my stylist for years, i wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair,comes out perfect everytime and her hair cuts are wonderful.pleasant relaxing enviroment and very nice lady.

Worst color I've ever recieved. He completely destroyed my hair. And I was sitting around for 5 hours while the colorist was off somewhere else half the time! It not only looked ridiculous, but it felt FRIED too. I went back to speak to the owner privately and she completely blew me off. Zero customer service AND my hair was in terrible shape. No refund and I had to get it fixed at another salon the following day. And trust me, the next day they agreed that it was quite bad.Be on the safe side and go somewhere else.
