Coffee filled with grinds. Tatar tots cold crunchy. Sausage dark cold biscuit cold crumbled. No wonder the line was empty and Mc Donald's out in the street. no receipt in bag. no one answers phone when I call to inform them. I do plan to go back and ask for full refund.

On Tuesday March 27, 2007 about 8:45p.m., I visited Burger King Restaurant #502, to purchased a meal and waited about fifteen minutes for my order without an apology for the service or a complimentary drink. The manager who took my order never once informed me while I waited that there were no medium drink cups for my order and she decided to give me a small cup for my drink. I asked her for the correct cup feeling it was an over sight and she harshly stated that there were not any and she could only give me a small cup due to her supervisor request. I stated that that was not fair because I was dining out and didn't have the option to refill the small cup. She very rudely stated my only options were she could charge me for the large cup, take the small cup, or be charged separately for my items. I chose to get a refund. My family and I eat at Burger King Restaurants frequently, though I was a regular customer at this restaurant and this type of service is truly unprofessional, unacceptable, and unfair to her team members and customers by displaying this unconstructive behavior.
