Barnes, Ferland and Associates, Inc (BFA) is an environmental engineering firm established in 1994 to meet the growing need for environmental consultants. We are committed to providing our clients with responsive, reliable and cost-effective consulting services. Our registered professional engineers and geologists provide a full range of environmental consulting services from water resource development, to the disposal of wastewater effluent. We feel that our comprehensive understanding of current and pending legislation, in conjunction with our experience in these areas, result in an equitable balance between client and regulatory interests.
