      504 FIT is a boutique Pilates and Fitness studio, offering STOTT Pilates and group classes, including TRX, PiYo, Bootcamp, and Pilates Reformer/Equipment. Instructors also offer semi-private and private instruction in all formats. Outfitted with state-of-the-art STOTT Pilates V2Max Reformers/Cadillacs, Stability Chairs, Barrels, and a large variety of light training and stability equipment, you're sure to find a class that's right for you. We limit group class size to 6 or 10 participants for personalized attention, unique programming that's always fresh, and an experience like no other in Uptown New Orleans.
