Terrible customer service on the phone and in person. I will never use them again! They call it custom processing, but they want to cut it their way not your way. And then they charge you extra to get it cut your way. They did not tell me there would be any extra charge until they they gave me the bill. They never said thank you, and were just plain rude from beginning to end!
